At Kokocci, we aim to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
- We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- We ship worldwide using Shiprocket, with delivery times varying based on your location.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
- Some remote areas may have extended delivery times.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love what you’ve ordered! However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how our return and exchange process works:
Returns:
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items that are on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

If you choose to return the product, the COD and Delivery Charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes the quality check.
Exchanges:
- If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the exchange process.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer support team at kokoccilifestyle@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you'll receive a return label to send your item back to us.
Refunds:
- After receiving your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Damaged or Defective Items:
